No reason to complain, I had a very nice stay and would definitely come back. The hotel was fairly clean, staff and location were excellent. The rooms were with comfy beds. Also, I loved how prime the location was.

Tbh, had a really enjoyable stay during the first night of their stay. This place was fairly clean and had wonderful location and rooms. I loved the room with comfy beds, my bed was comfortable.

The rooms were incredible and we could park on-site. Rooms with comfy beds, wonderful views. Reno arch was also near the hotel.

Wi-Fi was very poor, and we had very small bathroom.

Continental breakfast was scrumptious and the staff was chearful. And it also had wonderful view. The location was perfect, relatively close to an art museum. I went to a trendy restaurant and loved the Korean dishes. Spotless place and first-class service.

Neat hotel, extremely friendly staff, optimal location. Marble-lined bathroom and wonderfully decorated room. Breakfast was light, with lovely dishes. Delicious wines, beers, whiskies and liquors in the night bar, convenient parking place. It was based near a perfect beach: D

Facilities were quite comfortable, however Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

Staff were fantastic, wi-fi was free, and I loved its unbeatable location close enough to downtown and the river walk and baseball park and all the casinos. Good service offered in this hotel too. I had a really really nice stay at this brand-new property.

I loved this hotel, its prime location & efficient staff. The attached restaurant was fabulous, OUTSTANDING service. Welcoming lobby. Had no problem using their easy to access parking, the internet was complimentary. The venue was a short walk to Reno downtown.

I loved the central location plus the staff were eager to help. Extremely functional, fairly large room with balloons, loud heating system, two bathtubs. Delicious food in the attached restaurant was the best part. The hotel was right at the heart of the Reno. Furthermore, the area was relaxing. The service was personalized, just like I expected.
